Return and Refund Policy

At Load Bearing Apparel, we take pride in the quality and care of every product we make. Since our items are made to order through Printful, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for fit, style, or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund. To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue.

  3. We will coordinate with Printiful to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after approval.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
